1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the use of the Sapphirecaps.eu webshop (hereinafter: Webshop) and the conditions for purchasing through the Webshop. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase. By using the Webshop, you accept the provisions of these GTC.

2. Purchasing Terms
Purchasing from the Webshop can be done either with or without registration. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the purchase.

3. Order and Payment
Orders are placed electronically, and an order confirmation will be sent by email. By placing an order, the customer commits to paying the price of the product. If the customer fails to pick up the package, a delivery fee invoice will be issued, which the customer is obliged to pay.

4. Delivery and Receipt
The Webshop offers various shipping methods, which can be selected during the purchase. The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check its integrity. If the customer fails to accept the package, the delivery costs must be paid.

5. Return Policy
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, as long as the product is returned in undamaged condition. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. All necessary information can be found in our return policy.

6. Privacy Policy
The Webshop treats customers’ personal data confidentially and uses it solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. A detailed description of the data processing policy is available on the Webshop.

8. Other Provisions
